About Us

When did Tri-State Points Pullers start?

Tri-State Antique Points Pullers was created by Kevin Banet in 2006 with events being held in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. As of today, all of our events are in Northern and Central Indiana.

How does Tri-State Points Pullers work with local clubs?

TSAPP is a sanctioning body that works with local clubs to put on organized antique tractor pulls. TSAPP offers organization and authority that oversees, regulates, and enforces rules and standards for local clubs to help maintain the integrity of the sport of tractor pulling.

TSAPP raises money through membership dues known as "sanctioning fees" to provide insurance, awards, website, registration system, and many other things to its pullers.

When TSAPP joins a local club to run a professional and organized pull, TSAPP will offer the following:

Clubs, known as pull promoters, use these events as fund raising events for their organization. Pull promoters are responsible for providing the following:

What does Tri-State Points Pullers offer?

TSAPP is primarily a topcut organization that offers 30 2T classes (3, 5, & a few 4 mph) and 11 full cut classes (6 & 7 mph). TSAPP also offers some Division I (stock) classes at some of the local pulls. TSAPP on average will have around 360 hooks at each pull. With this many hooks for a one day event, TSAPP runs two sleds to help get through all the hooks in a timely manner.

How is Tri-State Points Pullers managed?

Tri-State is a group that is ran with the guidance of an operation director, seven competition directors, four advisors, a public relations advisor, and great support from local sponsors and pullers. See the "Contact Information & Officers" section on the website for all officer's names and contact information.
